Manager

Jennifer has been the Managing Funeral Director since 2010.  She has been licensed for over 20 years and moved to NC from South Florida.  When not at the funeral home, she is active with the Asheville Chamber of Commerce, Fletcher Area Business Association and multiple other groups. She and her staff volunteer the 4th Monday of each month at MontMorenci United Methodist Church Community Meal.  Jennifer is active with her church, Trinity Lutheran Church in East Flat Rock and is on the Executive Committee for the Henderson County Republican Men’s Club. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Luis; daughter, Madi and furkids, Herbie, Jingles, and Pickles. She loves dark chocolate and shoe shopping.

Luis also works part-time at the funeral home, and enjoys being a goalie for the Asheville Hockey League. Their daughter Madi will graduate from West Henderson High School in 2016, and attend St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.


Zane Rollins

Zane, a native to Asheville, started with us back in 2011, and has been a valued member of the family ever since. His hobbies include art, motorcycling, guns, fishkeeping, reading, and writing. He is a active with the Asheville Chamber of Commerce, and is currently enrolled at Fayetteville Technical College.

Cheryl Wiesner

She is a NC native and is well-known and well-loved in the Asheville area. She wanted a part-time job during her retirement years and really loves doing clerical tasks for Moore Funeral Home. Cheryl loves people, dogs, eating out and shopping. She always has extra "time on her hands" because she loves watches so much she usually has at least 2 on at a time!

Morgan Harrell

Morgan is a junior at UNC-Asheville majoring in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She owns a saddle mule named Red and three cats - Leela, Fry, and Baby Spiro. Morgan loves animals and enjoys caring for beloved family pets on their journey across the rainbow bridge.


Natalie Kern Donovan

Natalie Kern Donovan

Natalie Donovan joined the funeral home team in May 2014. She also works full time as a veterinary assistant at Balsam Animal Hospital. Newly married, she lives with her husband Ryan in Waynesville with their pug Skittles and three cats; Rocky, Salazar, and Xena. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, she enjoys reading, hiking and attending Renaissance fairs. Natalie plans to pursue an education in the funeral arts services with the goal of becoming a licensed funeral director.


Grant Case

Grant Case

A native of Asheville, NC, has been with Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn and Best Friend's pet cemetery and crematory since September 2013. He currently resides in Tryon, NC with his fiancé Meagan Lieberman and their two fur children, a Plott Hound/Mountain Feist named Chiefton and their Blue Heeler, Princess Zoey. When he's not working Grant enjoys hiking, camping, riding horses, motorcycles, and snowboarding, and has plans to be married September 2016. He enjoys being able to work at the funeral home and helping others in need. He considers his coworkers an extension of his own family.


Cory Schallhorn

Cory was born and raised in the Asheville/Candler area. He graduated from Charles D. Owen high school in Black Mountain in 2014. He enjoys spending time with his cat Luna,and his best friend Cassidy. He loves doing aerial acrobatics, specifically the Lyra (hoop).


Julie Ramsey

Julie Ramsey

Julie joined Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn and Best Friends Pet Cemetery and Crematory in 2016.  She is a native of Asheville, holds a degree in Social Work, and enjoys music and art.  It is her sincere intention to bring comfort to families and friends in grief.
